通常情況下就是用它的全稱(chēng)PowerPoint，

書(shū)寫(xiě)的時(shí)候要注意兩個(gè)P大寫(xiě)。

另外，

提到PowerPoint一般就是特指這個(gè)軟件，

也并沒(méi)有說(shuō)你做出來(lái)的文件可以叫PowerPoint。

我們要在PowerPoint軟件里做一個(gè)演示文稿，

而不是做一個(gè)PowerPoint。

我們以在谷歌創(chuàng)建一個(gè)文稿為例。

在谷歌里，

它的名字已經(jīng)跟PowerPoint毫無(wú)關(guān)系了，

而叫作slides

go to the Insert tab 到插入選項(xiàng)卡

To add a text box

Place the cursor inside a text box, and then type something.

To add a picture in the Images section

Browse for the picture you want, select it, and then select Insert.

In the Illustrations section, select Shapes, Icons, 3D Models, SmartArt, or Chart.
