1. as作連詞引導(dǎo)方式狀語(yǔ)從句，表示“依照，按照，像，正如”

Do it as I do.

照我做的做。

I did as you told me, and I put the book back.

我照你說(shuō)的把書(shū)本放回了原處。

I have changed my mind as you suggested.

根據(jù)你的建議我改變了主意。

When at Rome do as the Romans do.

入鄉(xiāng)隨俗。

As we all know, China is in Asia.

正如我們都知道的那樣，中國(guó)在亞洲。

I am, as you can imagine, poor.

正如你能想像的那樣，我很窮。

He came late as expected.

和預(yù)料的一樣他來(lái)晚了。

She came to visit us as she had promised.

正如她承諾的那樣，她來(lái)拜訪了我們。

2. as作連詞引導(dǎo)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句，表示“盡管，雖然”。

Young as he is , he knows a lot.

盡管他很年輕，他知道得卻很多。

3. as引導(dǎo)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句常用倒裝句，將表語(yǔ)、狀語(yǔ)、謂語(yǔ)提前。

1）形容詞/副詞+as+主語(yǔ)+連系動(dòng)詞be/實(shí)意動(dòng)詞。

Tired as he was , he went on with his work.

盡管累，他繼續(xù)工作。

Much as I admire him as a leader, I don't like him as a man.

盡管作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，我很崇敬他，我卻不喜歡他那個(gè)人。

2）名詞+as+主語(yǔ)+連系動(dòng)詞be。

Much money though he has got , he doesn't feel happy.

盡管有很多錢(qián)，但他卻不覺(jué)得幸福。

3）當(dāng)表語(yǔ)是名詞前置時(shí)，省略冠詞；但是當(dāng)名詞前有形容詞修飾時(shí)，冠詞不能省略。

Child as he is , he knows a lot.

盡管是個(gè)孩子，他知道得很多。

Little child as he is, he is very brave.

盡管是個(gè)小孩子，他卻很勇敢。

4）實(shí)意動(dòng)詞+as+主語(yǔ)+助動(dòng)詞 （如果沒(méi)有助動(dòng)詞，則要加上一個(gè)do/does/did）。

Try as you may, you won't succeed.

盡管你可以嘗試，你不會(huì)成功的。

Change your mind as you will , you will gain no additional support.

你可以改變主意，但你不會(huì)得到額外的支持的。
