指事情不妙、變糟或失敗了，也可指搞砸了一件很簡單的事。可以單說“fail”，也可以說“epic fail（史詩級失誤）”加以強調(diào)。

例：

I missed my flight. Fail.

我錯過了航班，真倒霉。

He was trying to do a head stand in yoga class, but he fell over and hit the person next to him with his legs, and they fell over. Epic fail.
