北京上半年房地產(chǎn)貸款增幅創(chuàng)5年新低

Beijing reported the slowest growth in outstandingmortgage loans in five years as government curbshelped to cool down the property market.

隨著政府各項(xiàng)限令使房市降溫，據(jù)報(bào)道，北京的個(gè)人住房貸款增速創(chuàng)下五年來的新低。

The city's outstanding mortgage loans increased9.6 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a 4.6% increase year-on-year, according to the OperationsOffice (Beijing) of the People's Bank of China, or thecentral bank.

中國(guó)人民銀行(央行)北京營(yíng)管部發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年上半年，北京市個(gè)人住房貸款增加96億元，同比增長(zhǎng)4.6%。

It is the slowest growth in five years and 28 percentage points lower than the same period lastyear, the operations office said.

該營(yíng)管部透露，這是五年來的最慢增速，增幅比去年同期低了28個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

Meanwhile, banks extended more loans for public housing development as the city governmentseeks to build more public housing to offer more affordable homes for city dwellers.

與此同時(shí)，隨著市政府尋求建造更多的公共住房，以此為城市居民提供更經(jīng)濟(jì)的住房，銀行為公共住房開發(fā)提供了更多貸款。

Outstanding loans for real estate development grew 40.8 billion yuan in the first half, 67 percent of which went to public housing development, the agency said.

該機(jī)構(gòu)表示，今年上半年，房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)貸款增長(zhǎng)408億元，其中67%都用于公共住房建設(shè)。

Apart from offering more public housing, authorities in Beijing also rolled out other measures, including stricter purchasing limits and higher down payment and mortgage rates, to curbreal estate speculation.

除了提供更多的公共住房，北京市政府還出臺(tái)了其他措施，包括更嚴(yán)格的購(gòu)房限制和更高的首付和抵押貸款利率，以遏制房地產(chǎn)投機(jī)。
