中國—新西蘭自貿協(xié)定升級

A protocol on upgrading the free trade agreement between China and New Zealand took effect Thursday, further facilitating bilateral trade and investment, China's Ministry of Commerce said.

商務部4月7日宣布，中國-新西蘭自由貿易協(xié)定升級議定書當日正式生效，將進一步促進雙邊貿易和投資便利化。

The two sides will further open their markets for goods, services and investment while optimizing rules to promote trade facilitation.
進一步擴大中新雙方在貨物、服務、投資等領域市場開放，進一步提升貿易便利化等規(guī)則水平。

Bilateral cooperation will also be strengthened in the fields of e-commerce, competition policy, government procurement and the environment.
雙方承諾在電子商務、競爭政策、政府采購、環(huán)境等領域增強合作。

The upgraded protocol has improved the quality and efficiency of bilateral trade relations on the basis of the China-New Zealand FTA and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, the ministry said.
升級議定書使中新兩國自貿關系在中國—新西蘭自由貿易協(xié)定和區(qū)域全面經濟伙伴關系協(xié)定（RCEP）基礎上實現(xiàn)了進一步提質增效。
