For more than a hundred years people have reported seeing a large creature in the forest of the Northwestern United States. Footprints have been found which might have come from a man-like ape about 7 or 8 feet tall. The footprints are sixteen inches long. They are so large that people have come to call this creature by the name “Bigfoot.”

一百多年來，人們不斷地報(bào)告在美國(guó)西北的森林中看到了巨大的動(dòng)物。被發(fā)現(xiàn)的腳印可能來自一個(gè)七八尺高的類人猿。腳印有十六英寸長(zhǎng)。腳印是那么的大，所以人們把這動(dòng)物叫做“大腳印” 。
