實用英語對話:點菜

服務員：請看一下菜單?，F(xiàn)在是我們一周年店慶活動，特色菜品一律半價。兩位可以考慮一下。

樂樂：哪些是特色菜？

服務員：菜單的前三頁都是我們的特色菜。

樂樂：你們的特色菜都很貴??！

服務員：菜單上是原價，現(xiàn)在都是半價。

樂樂：半價也夠貴的。

漢生：沒關系，想吃就點，別管價錢，今天我請客。

樂樂：你是大款嗎？

漢生：我不是大款，不過既然要請客，總得讓你吃好啊，而且咱們倆也吃不了多少。

服務員：其實現(xiàn)在點特色菜最合適了，打折之后都不算貴，挺合算的。

樂樂：我們先看一下，點的時候再叫你吧。

漢生：別看了，想吃什么趕緊點吧，我都餓了。我看那個龍井蝦仁就不錯，你喜歡吃嗎？

樂樂：行，我挺愛吃蝦的。

漢生：你喜歡吃什么肉？牛肉還是雞肉？

樂樂：都行。你看著點吧。

漢生：那來一個杭椒牛柳。再來一個雞肉……

樂樂：點個素菜吧！都是肉！

漢生：我只喜歡吃肉，不擅長點素菜。還是你來吧。

樂樂：西芹百合不錯，就這個吧。

漢生：好。再來一個……

樂樂：行了，已經不少了。點多了吃不了，浪費。

漢生：還沒點湯呢！

樂樂：湯就算了吧。請問有免費茶水嗎？

服務員：有。白水可以嗎？

樂樂：可以。白水是最健康的飲料。

漢生：呵呵，你呀，可別想著給我省錢啊，難得我請客，過了這個村可就沒這個店了！

樂樂：我是為我的健康著想。放心吧，以后請客的機會多著呢！

服務員：兩位需要什么酒水嗎？

樂樂：不需要。我們都不喝酒。謝謝。

服務員：那兩位吃什么主食？

漢生：我要米飯。你呢？

樂樂：我不太想吃米飯。來一份南瓜餅吧。

服務員：好的。兩位點了龍井蝦仁、杭椒牛柳、西芹百合，一碗米飯、一份南瓜餅。還需要別的嗎？

樂樂：不需要了。謝謝。

服務員：請問有什么忌口嗎？

漢生：我沒什么忌口。你呢？

樂樂：麻煩這些菜都別放香菜。

服務員：好的。那就給您下單了。

漢生：好。謝謝！

樂樂：漢生，今天讓你破費了！改天我回請你。

漢生：咱們倆就別客氣了！正好我的飯卡丟了，這周就跟著你蹭飯吧。

樂樂：什么？！那我也太虧了！剛才應該多點幾個菜！

 

 

Waiter: Please have a look at the menu. We're celebrating our anniversary with our characteristic dishes at half price without exception.

Lele: Which special dishes?

W: We've the special dishes in the first three pages of the menu list.

L: All your special dishes are very expensive!

W: The dishes on the menu are at original price, they're now at half price.

L: At half price they're still expensive enough.

Hansheng: That's all right, just what you want. Don't mind the price, today you're my guest.

L: You're a fat cat?

H: I'm not wealthy, but since I want to treat, I must let you eat well; besides, we two can't finish that much.

W: Really now is the approriate time to order special dishes, after discount it's not at all that expensive, very worthwhile.

L: We'll have a look first, then call you to order.

H:Nevrr mind, hasten to order whatever you want to eat, I'm so hungry, I think that shelled fresh lobster is not bad, would you like to eat it?

L: Yes, I quite love to eat lobster.

H: What meat do you like to eat? Beef or pork?

L: Either one. You go order.

H: Bring one beef tenderloin with pepper, the a chicken......

L: Order a vegetable dish! All this meat!

H: I like meat only, not good at ordering vegetable dish, this is yours to order.

L: Celery and artichoke not bad, that's it.

H: Then you order it.

L: All right. Already there's quite a lot. We ordered that much, we won't be able to finish, what a waste.

H: We still didn't order soup!

L: Forget it. Do you have free tea water?

W: Yes. Would you want plain boiled water?
