內衣多久洗一次才最合適

It's an age-old debate that has puzzled bra-wearing-folk for centuries, how often should youwash your bras?

It's a question that drums up a myriad of responses, far more than the query of how often one shouldwash one's underwear.

好嘛這一問激起千層浪，無數人都想知道到底多久洗一次內衣合適。

Whether you're a weekly washer or more of amonthly advocate, according to one underwear expert, you're probably not giving your brasthe full scrub-down they need.

無論你是一周洗一次還是一個月洗一次，根據一位專家的表示，這樣洗內衣的頻率是遠遠不夠的。

Speaking toApartment Therapy, JenéLuciani, author of The Bra Book, revealed that, contraryto popular belief, bras should actually be washed after each use.

接受《Apartment Therapy》雜志采訪時，《內衣之書》的作者JenéLuciani表示，有悖于普羅大眾的觀點，事實上內衣每穿一次就要洗一次。

“You should wash your bras after every wearing, which is something a lot of women don'trealise!” she said.

“你應該每穿一次就洗一次，很多女性都沒有注意到這一點。”她說到。

The Australian lifestyle expert added that this isn't just for hygiene reasons but for basic bra-maintenance.

這位澳大利亞生活專家還補充道，這不僅僅是個人衛(wèi)生問題。

“Your bra accumulates a pretty hefty serving of sweat, grime, and elements from the air,” sheexplained, “which can actually chip away at the longevity of your undergarment by affectingthe elasticity and other materials.”

你的內衣上聚積了汗液，污垢，還有空氣中的各種元素，“這些會縮短你內衣的使用時間，主要是影響內衣的彈性和其他材質。”

She went on to explain that the dirt and oil from our skin can gradually chip away at theelasticity of a bra's material when we overwearit.

Ultimately, if you want your bras to truly stand the test of time, you and your washing machineneed to take your relationship to the next level.

Obviously remember to check on the label of said bra if it's okay to actually place it in thewashing machine - particularly delicate ones may require a garment bag or a hand-wash.

Most should be fine on a gentle cycle in a cold wash, Lucianisaid.
