二、一般過(guò)去時(shí)

1.基本語(yǔ)法

（1）表示過(guò)去某時(shí)所發(fā)生的動(dòng)作或存在的狀態(tài)。

Liu Ying was in America last year.劉英去年在美國(guó)。

Jim rang you just now.吉姆剛才給你打了電話。

（2）表示過(guò)去經(jīng)?；蚍磸?fù)發(fā)生的動(dòng)作。

We often went out for a walk after supper.我們過(guò)去常在晚飯后散步。

We usually played together.我們通常一起玩。

（3）常用于“ it is+一段時(shí)間+since sb.did ...”句型中。

You haven’t changed much since we last met.自從上次我們見(jiàn)面以來(lái)，你變化不大。

It’s three years since he went abroad.他出國(guó)三年了。

It’s a long time since he was ill.他病很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間了。

I haven’t found any job since I was out of work.自我失業(yè)以來(lái)，我一直沒(méi)有找到工作。

2.一般過(guò)去時(shí)常用的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)

（1）yesterday 昨天　　　　　　　yesterday afternoon 昨天下午

（2）last year 去年　　　　　　　last month 上月

　　 last week 上星期　　　　　　last night 昨晚
