　　1. What would you do for us?

　　你能為我們做什么呢?

　　What can you do for us that someone else can't?

　　你能為我們做而其他人不能做的事嗎?

　　Relate past experiences that show you've had success in solving previous employer problem(s) that may be similar to those of the prospective employer.

　　可以提及過(guò)去的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)展示自己解決問(wèn)題的能力

　　2. What about the job offered do you find the most attractive? Least attractive?

　　你能找到的從這個(gè)故事中最有吸引力的是什么?

　　List three or more attractive factors and only one minor unattractive factor.

　　3.What do you look for in a job?

　　在這個(gè)工作中你能找到什么?

　　An opportunity to use your skills, to perform and be recognized.

　　一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)運(yùn)用自己的技能， 去展現(xiàn)或者被認(rèn)可。

　　4. Please give me your definition of sth (the position for which you are being interviewed).

　　請(qǐng)給一個(gè)定義關(guān)于所求的崗位。

　　Keep it brief, give an action and results, oriented definition.

　　5. How long would it take you to make a meaningful contribution to our firm?
