北京用雷達探測“地下違建”

北京將使用雷達探測地下違建，嚴厲打擊具有潛在危險的這種做法。

地下違建，可以用unauthorized underground construction表示，unauthorized表未經(jīng)授權的，如非授權訪問(unauthorized access)。違章建筑也可以用illegal construction/ unapproved construction表示。

此前徐州人大代表，私挖違章地下室(unauthorized basement)導致路面塌陷事件引起熱議，此次北京市西城區(qū)祭出高科技武器，使用雷達探測(radar detection)以檢測地下有無中空區(qū)域(hollowed areas)。相關負責人表示，今后執(zhí)法人員將現(xiàn)場驗收翻建房屋(renovated houses)，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有違章地下室，房主需立即回填已挖地下室或空洞(fill in the basements or holes)。確有私挖將不予驗收，該房屋無法獲得房產(chǎn)證(property ownership certificate)，不能交易。
