無從下手的“諾曼門”

面對公共場所的某一個水管，無法立刻確定是該按壓還是旋轉它，望著通道前的一扇門，不知是應推還是拉，拿著一個操作鍵眾多的電器遙控器卻無從下手……美國心理學家唐納德-諾曼將設計不佳，不利于用戶使用的物品，稱為“諾曼”。所以那些讓人不知道是推還是拉才能打開的門，被稱為“諾曼門”。
