文化和旅游部、國家發(fā)展改革委等十部門日前聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關于深化“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+旅游”推動旅游業(yè)高質量發(fā)展的意見》。意見提出，到2025年，國家4A級及以上景區(qū)基本實現(xiàn)智慧化轉型升級。

A guideline on facilitating "internet plus tourism，" jointly released by 10 government departments including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the National Development and Reform Commission, noted that by 2025, tourist attractions rated 4A or above are to be upgraded and become more intelligent in providing services.

旅游業(yè)是現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的重要組成部分，已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。當前，以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的現(xiàn)代信息技術持續(xù)更新迭代，為旅游業(yè)高質量發(fā)展提供了強大動力。通過推進“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+旅游”發(fā)展，有望推動旅游行業(yè)與更多各業(yè)融合，形成“乘數(shù)效應”。

《關于深化“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+旅游”推動旅游業(yè)高質量發(fā)展的意見》提出，各類景區(qū)、度假區(qū)要著力提高5G網(wǎng)絡覆蓋水平，加快停車場、游客服務中心、景區(qū)引導標識系統(tǒng)的智能化改造升級，推動無人化、非接觸式設施的普及應用。同時，各地應有效整合文旅、公安、交通、氣象等部門的數(shù)據(jù)信息，運用大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等技術，及時發(fā)布景區(qū)實時游客量、道路出行、氣象預警等信息，引導旅游資源優(yōu)化配置。意見鼓勵旅游景區(qū)、飯店、博物館等與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺合作，有效整合線下文旅資源，在線上實現(xiàn)門票預訂、旅游信息展示、文旅創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品銷售等功能;支持總結和推廣全域旅游發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，推動建設一批世界級旅游城市，打造一批世界級旅游線路。
