　　1.Balanced trade

　　Balanced trade is an alternative economic model to free trade. Under balanced trade nations are required to provide a fairly even reciprocal trade pattern; they cannot run large trade deficits.

　　1.貿易平衡

　　貿易平衡，又稱平衡貿易，是一個與自由貿易相對的模式，指一個國家的貨物出口價值和入口價值需要保持大致平衡，而不能出現巨額貿易順差或貿易逆差。這通常需要透過政府對出口和入口作出干預才能達成。這種貿易的方式雖然與自由貿易不同，但也可以有公平貿易的效果。

　　2.Trade deficit

　　Trade deficit is an economic concept. It refers to a situation in which a country is buying more things from other countries than it is selling to them.

　　2.貿易赤字

　　貿易赤字，即進口總額比出口總額多，又稱入超，多花的這一部分錢，就隨著國際貿易流入國際社會當中。因傳統(tǒng)上中國紀錄虧損時皆是用紅筆紀錄，故名赤字。

　　3.Government debt

　　Government debt (also known as public debt and national debt) is the debt owed by a central government. (In the U.S. and other federal states, "government debt" may also refer to the debt of a state or provincial government, municipal or local government.)

　　3.公債

　　公債指一個國家的中央政府與地方政府所借的債，中央政府借的債被稱為國債，地方政府借的債被稱為地方債。
