[正] After the stocks being listed, the company collected a large amount of capital.

注：普通商品的“上市”可以說(shuō) go to the market，但金融領(lǐng)域的“上市”，如公司、股票、證券等的上市卻要用 be listed。又如：上市公司(listed companies)，上市證券(listed securities)等。
