職場英語日記 第44篇：我的高中情人

i went to a little burger place for lunch today. while i was eating, i saw someone who looked really familiar at the table across from me. at first, i recognized sure who it was and then i recognized him. it was jone, my old high school sweetheart, i haven't seen him in years. he looks so different!

今天中午我去一家小型漢堡店吃午餐，吃著吃著，發(fā)現(xiàn)桌子對面那個人很面熟。一開始我還不確定是誰，但很快就認出他了，原來是我高中時的戀人約翰。我好多年沒見到他了，他的變化真大!

he's starting to go a little bit bald and he's much heavier than he used to be. he saw me too and said hello. it was a surprise for both of us.

他不僅頭發(fā)微禿，也比過去胖很多。他也看到我了，和我打招呼。突然遇上，我們兩個都很驚訝。
