（二）增補(bǔ)原文句子中所省略的動(dòng)詞

1）Reading makes a full man; conference (...) a ready man; writing (...) an exact man.

  讀書使人充實(shí)，討論使人機(jī)智，寫作使人準(zhǔn)確。

2）An Eagle and a Fox had long lived together as good neighbors; the Eagle (...) at the summit of a high tree, the Fox (...) in a hole at the foot of it.

      一只鷹和一只狐貍長(zhǎng)期友好地住在一起，鷹住在一棵高高的樹頂上，狐貍住在樹下一個(gè)洞里。
